Healthy Habits for 2013

#1. Drink glasses of water first thing when you wake up in the morning.

#2. Do some stretches after or before the water in the morning, this will help you feel awake.

#3. Do more pushups, squats, and pullups because the 3 exercises will work your full body without a gym membership.

#4. Walk a mile daily.

#5. Again Drink alot of water daily.
