How to Meditate

 Step 1. Find a place that is peaceful.
Step 2. Set some time for your meditate like in the video start with meditate for 2 minutes.
Step 3. Sit down start to relax your body. You can keep your eyes open or you can close your eyes to focus more on the meditate.
Step 4. Clear your mind & focus on breathing.
